When I click 'upload file' the page doesn't move

When I click ‘upload file’ the page stays the same

If the screen doesn’t move after clicking “upload file”, it is usually one of these:

Make sure the file is under 50 MB.
Check the extension: .csv, .xlsx, .xls, .ods, .txt, .q19, .q34, .q58.
Disable ad blockers (uBlock, NoScript) for generatesepa.com.
Hard-reload with Ctrl+F5.
If you are on Safari, try Chrome or Firefox.

Open the browser console (F12 → Console) and check for red errors. Send the message to support along with:

95% of upload freezes are cache or size. If none of the above fix it, contact us — we reply within hours.

Why does Safari give me more trouble?: Safari is strict with `multipart/form-data` and sometimes blocks third-party cookies we use for the session. Try Chrome or Firefox first.
Will I lose the file if I reload?: Yes, you have to re-upload. That's why we recommend checking size/format before reloading.
How do I know if an ad blocker is active?: Look for the blocker icon (uBlock, AdBlock) in your browser bar. Disable it for our domain and try again.
