Creditor (SEPA)
Individual or company entitled to collect a debt; in SEPA, the party issuing the direct debit.
In a SEPA direct debit, the creditor is the party that has signed a direct-debit contract with its bank. It needs a Creditor Identifier (CID) and must store the mandates signed by each debtor. The opposite role is the debtor.
