Simple pricing, no surprises

The base plan costs €20/month + VAT and includes everything essential: unlimited conversions, all input formats (Excel, CSV and legacy AEB files), automatic IBAN validations and the SEPA mandate PDF generator, included for free. The only paid add-on is the API add-on (+€10/month + VAT), meant only for those who want to automate file generation from their own system. In other words: if you work manually from the web, the base plan has you fully covered; if you also want the API, the total would be €30/month + VAT.

No. Conversions are unlimited on the base plan, and so are they through the API. It does not matter how many files you generate per month or how many direct debits or transfers each file contains: the price is flat and there are no volume surcharges. This is especially useful for accounting firms or businesses with a high volume of collections and payments.

You get a 7-day free trial for new accounts, with access to the tool so you can check that it does exactly what you need. If you cancel before those 7 days are up, you are not charged anything. The first charge is made when the subscription activates once the trial period ends, and from then on you are billed on the same day each month (or the same date each year, if you choose annual billing).

There is no commitment of any kind. You can cancel whenever you want from your own account, with no phone calls or complicated procedures. When you unsubscribe you keep the service active until the end of the period you have already paid for, so you do not lose the days you have left. Your invoices, by the way, are always available as PDFs in My account → Subscription → Invoices.

You can pay by card (Visa, Mastercard and American Express), by SEPA Direct Debit or, for companies that prefer annual billing, by bank transfer. Note that all the prices you see (the base plan and the API add-on) are shown excluding VAT, so the corresponding VAT is added to the final amount. If at any point you upgrade your plan (for example, activating the API mid-month), only the remaining days of the current period are prorated, with no duplicate charges.
